It is not often today you find contractors who do what they promise when they promise. We recently had a water/mold incident in our home that caused considerable damage and required a restoration company to make the necessary repairs. We contacted John Bowles, owner of SERVPRO, to assess the water damage. The repairs were going to require us to vacate our home for three weeks. We engaged SERVPRO to complete the restoration process from start to finish. We agreed on a date to start and finish the restoration. We then left town for three weeks. When we returned home three weeks later, we were extremely happy to find the restoration completed and were incredibly pleased with their workmanship. We highly recommend John Bowles and the SERVPRO team to repair any restoration project.

Tim and the rest of the crew from SERVPRO of Hendersonville did a great job dealing with my water-damaged house. They arrived shortly after I called and began installing special dehumidifiers, fans and floor-drying mats for the wood floors. Tim did a great job communicating throughout the process, explaining everything and answering all my questions. The crew returned daily checking moisture levels, and a few days later they were able to remove all the equipment. Their team was knowledgeable and reliable.

We had a water leak in our kitchen and SERVPRO was on scene within 2 days of our insurance claim. Everyone was so knowledgeable and kind during this whole ordeal. Tim and Tracey gave step by step details on what was being done and when it would happen. Nick, Jay, Dean, and Patrick were thorough yet speedy with any part of the job they were doing. We were so impressed that we have hired SERVPRO to do the repairs that need to be done. These folks are so professional and great to work with. We are so pleased with their quality!

Back a few weeks ago I had a plumbing problem at my home. I had a good bit of water damage. I needed a restoration company and I was not sure who to call and a friend recommended SERVPRO. I called them and the very next day they sent a crew out to check out the damage and let me know what I needed. They got right to work that day cutting out all the flooring and carpet that was damaged and they brought in dehumidifier’s and fans. They came back the next day to remove some ceiling and see how everything was going. I had to keep all the equipment for several days but they came out several more times to check on the drying progress. Once everything was dry they came out to remove all the equipment. Patrick and Nick were the two guys that did the work and they were both so kind and very professional. I ask many questions (probably way too many) and they answered them all. They always called before coming out to see if it was a good time. They cleaned up after the work they did. I would definitely recommend SERVPRO and Patrick and Nick were the best!! I know if I ever had this problem again (I hope I don’t ) I know who to call. Thank you SERVPRO for doing such a great job and thank you Patrick and Nick. They were also so nice to my little dog Bodi who was really stressed out with everything that was going on.

Lori and Maddie, in addition to John, were amazing. When we reached out to John on a Sunday night after finding cigarette smoke in one of our rental properties, John called us back in minutes and Lori and Maddie were out before 9 a.m. the next morning! Lori and Maddie were so prompt and kind and provided excellent customer service!!

SERVPRO of Hendersonville did an amazing job cleaning up the fire damage in our house! We're so lucky that they were able to come help us in our time of need.

We had an electrical fire in our office that started due to a faulty microwave and SERVPRO was quick to respond to our call.  They did everything we needed them to and more.  If we ever have another issue, they'll be getting our business!

Our basement flooded because we got heavy rains over the weekend and SERVPRO was great at helping us in our time of need.  They came and got our basement dried out and we couldn't be happier!  A+ to Susan and her team!

Great job!! Saturday October 12th, 2019 in the afternoon, we had a water main to break that flooded most of our building, Jewelry sales, gift shop, storage etc. SERVPRO was called to help. They arrived about 5:15 that evening and started vacuuming water, moving displays installing humidifiers, fans. This was some of the busiest days of the season, but thanks to SERVPRO, everything was completely dry by Tuesday. No damage any where. Thank You!

Water damage never happens at a good time but SERVPRO made this experience much easier to live with. They called within an hour of me notifying my insurance company and would have come out that night but I decided the next day would be so enough and they were out with a team early the next morning. They packed and inventoried all damaged items and dried the basement with equipment. What a first class group of folks. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SERVPRO to friends and neighbors!!!!!!! Our townhome community recently had 1 unit completely flooded and another partially flooded by a torrential rain. SERVPRO of Henderson County were on scene quickly and started cleaning up the water and getting fans, etc set up to get things drying out. They monitored the situation closely for a week until they felt all was dry. Steve Martin and his team are very professional and helpful. I personally will be using their services in the future.

It was remarkable. It was the cleanest my floors had been in a long time. It was at least $1,000 because I had a deduction for insurance. I was just amazed. I knew their name, but I didn't know how
good they were.

I had flooding in the basement from a burst pipe on a Saturday evening. I went down into the basement because I wasn't getting any hot water and I had two inches all over the basement floor. SERVPRO of Henderson County came out almost immediately with all of their equipment and cleaned up.

They did a very good job and I could recommend them to anybody that has a similar need for water damage that is in need of cleanup. They had very good equipment, were very punctual and followed up until everything was satisfactory. My insurance company paid this company and I assume they were happy with the price because they did not complain about it.
